About us

About us

Fifteen years, eight specialties, and one idea about what a clinic visit should feel like.

How we started

Three doctors and a waiting room

In 2011, three physicians who had trained together opened a small general practice on a quiet street in Al Olaya. The idea was simple: give every patient the time an appointment actually needs, and keep a proper record of every visit so nothing had to be repeated at the next one.

Word travelled the way it does among families who trust a doctor. Within three years the practice added pediatrics and cardiology; within six, dermatology, dentistry, orthopedics, gynecology and ENT followed, each led by a specialist recruited for both skill and bedside manner.

Today Al Hayat sees patients across eight specialties, but the founding rule has not moved: every appointment gets the time it needs, and every record follows the patient, not the doctor.

Our mission

To provide attentive, well-documented outpatient care that patients can rely on, delivered by specialists who take the time to listen.

Our vision

To be the clinic families in Riyadh recommend first — without ever growing past the point where a doctor can still give a patient their full attention.

What we hold to

Four things we do not negotiate

Time, not throughput

Appointments are scheduled with breathing room, not stacked to maximise volume.

A complete record

Every visit, diagnosis and prescription is written down and stays with the patient.

Plain explanations

A diagnosis is not complete until the patient understands it in their own words.

Respect for your time

We do not overbook, so the appointment you were given is the time you are actually seen.
